Chris has been a resident of McHenry County since 1981. During that time, Chris's career has kept her busy. But during her down time, she has been involved with a number of community activities, many sponsored through First Congregational Church of Crystal Lake, of which she is a member. Chris along with her sister owned Vintage Home Builders that built custom homes in McHenry county.

Chris's career has been in Information Technology, implementing e-Commerce websites for the top 1000. Chris has also been a mortgage loan officer, mortgage loan processor, home builder, and a process re-engineering consultant.

Chris currently lives in Marengo, with her wife (Melissa) of 14 years, their 3 dogs - Bunny, Dottie & Jobie, and their feisty parakeet Tula. They have 2 grown children.
